In addition, Arciero-Miller are providing embroidery and stitching decoration services to meet specific and unique needs of our customers, creating a one stop shop. We have created many sophisticated designs and reproduced them to meet our customers specifications, including complete customized race suits. Ordering Info:
Delivery terms: Our normal delivery terms of blank garments are within 3 business days from receipt of your paid order in addition to the UPS transit time to your location.For decorated garment orders delivery terms will be prearranged with the customer. Please contact Arciero-Miller Sports Division for more details regarding delivery.
Shipping: Our normal shipping carrier is UPS. You can have your order shipped Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air.
Payment: We accept credit card purchases only (Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express). Payment must be received in full before any orders will be shipped.
Returns: Defective blank items may be returned to us for a full credit. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt merchandise. Returns due to customer error or due to a change of mind (on blank garments only) must be made within 15 days of purchase and will be subject to a restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of products (usually 20% of retail price), with a minimum fee of $15.00. An RA Number must be obtained prior to shipping goods back to Arciero-Miller. Shipping charges are non refundable on these returns and customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Arciero-Miller. We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.
